This Privacy Policy explains how ScicoDream Network Technology Ltd (“ScicoDream,” “we,” or “us”), the operator and payment recipient of GoodPriceMatrix, handles information when you use the GoodPriceMatrix macOS application (the “App”) or this website (together, the “Services”).
1. Our local-first design
GoodPriceMatrix is designed to work without a developer-operated account system or application backend. We do not upload your App Store Connect credentials, connected-account data, pricing data, drafts, or operation history to servers operated by ScicoDream.
The following information is processed locally on your Mac so the App can provide its features:
- App Store Connect Issuer ID, Key ID, and the
.p8private key you provide; - connected-account identifiers and Apple-provided app metadata;
- App, subscription, in-app purchase, pricing, territory, and offer-code information;
- country groups, quick plans, price-ending preferences, drafts, caches, and local operation history; and
- local diagnostic logs generated while the App is running.
Credentials are stored in macOS Keychain. Other non-sensitive App records are stored in the App’s local container or Application Support storage. ScicoDream cannot remotely access this locally stored information.
2. Communication with Apple
When you connect an account, refresh data, preview or submit changes, manage offer codes, download Apple-hosted assets, or purchase or restore a membership, the App communicates directly from your Mac with Apple services, including App Store Connect APIs and StoreKit/App Store services.
Apple receives and processes the information needed to provide those services under its own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your Apple ID password. You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to use the App Store Connect API key and connected account.
3. Information we receive
ScicoDream receives personal information only when you choose to contact us, such as by email. This may include your email address, message, and any screenshots, logs, or other attachments you decide to send.
We use support communications to answer your request, diagnose the issue you report, protect the Services, and comply with legal obligations. Please remove credentials, private keys, tokens, and other information that is not needed before sending an attachment. We will never ask you to email a .p8 private key.
4. Information we do not collect through the App
The current App does not contain third-party advertising, tracking, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs. Local diagnostic logs are not automatically transmitted to us. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use it for behavioral advertising.
5. Website and Cloudflare Pages
This public website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It has no account system, forms, advertising, analytics, or cookies set by ScicoDream.
When you visit the website, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as your IP address, request headers, routing data, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare handles that information under its own Privacy Policy. We do not receive a visitor analytics dashboard from this website.
6. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed only:
- to Apple when your device makes a request you initiate through the App;
- to Cloudflare as necessary to deliver and protect this website;
- to service providers used to receive and respond to a support message, subject to their applicable terms; or
- when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Services, including macOS Keychain for credentials, local storage for App records, HTTPS for network communication, and direct requests to Apple services. No security measure can eliminate every risk. You are responsible for securing your Mac, backups, Apple account, and App Store Connect API keys, and for revoking a key if you suspect compromise.
8. Retention and deletion
- Connected accounts and credentials: retained locally until you use Delete Connection. That action removes the local connection record and its stored Issuer ID, Key ID, private key, and private-key filename from Keychain.
- Other local App data: remains on your Mac until you clear the relevant account data, delete it in the App, or remove the App’s local data. If you want credentials removed from Keychain, use Delete Connection before uninstalling the App.
- Support communications: normally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last substantive interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or a dispute.
- Website request data: retained by Cloudflare according to its policies and settings.
9. Your choices and rights
You control locally stored App data through the App and macOS. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of personal information, or to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
These requests can apply only to information ScicoDream actually holds, which will ordinarily be limited to support communications. Contact us at support@scicodream.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where the law permits or requires it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. International processing
Apple, Cloudflare, and email providers may process information in countries or regions other than your own. Their processing is governed by their policies and applicable law. If ScicoDream transfers personal information it holds across borders, we will use safeguards required by applicable law.
11. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for App Store developers and teams, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or legal requirements. We will revise the date displayed on this page and, when required, provide additional notice. Material changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date.
